Summary of WishValakut list of results in the first half of November

Hi.

The last article introducing the list was so well received that I decided to make it a series.

It's not an archetype that produces results every week, so for now I'll try it twice a month, once in the first half and once in the second half.

Please click on the following link for an introductory article on the list of results in October.

This is an orthodox list of WishValakut, but it is characterized by the difference between archetypes that are countered and those that are not, and by the rarity of the cards used.First of all, the use of《Elixir of Immortality》without 《Endurance》is eye-catching.

It can't bring back the opponent's graveyard, so it's vulnerable to archetypes like Ad Grace and Delirium, but it's interesting because it's lightweight and has lifegain, so it can be used against UBLO and Burn.

Secondly,《Force of Vigor》was not used, and《Back to Nature》was used. In a metagame where《Alpine moon》and《Urza's Saga》live together, multiple destruction is possible. If you think that casting Enchantress can give you game-ending power, it doesn't seem that bad.HummerTime is at the top of the metagame, but it's the only one you want to use aggressively, so it's a viable option.

Also, the MB is very complete, and since it has three copies of《Summoner's Pact》, it can search for the appropriate creature for the spot without any inconvenience.

I digress, but if you change the SB a little bit as shown in the image below, it becomes cheaper at once, so I recommend it to those who want to try out WishValakut.

This is the same guy who came out with the Anti-Control list in the last deck introduction. He has made some minor changes to the list from that time.

This time, he has adopted《Void Mirror》, so he has started to take measures against Cascade Crash and Living End.

It's a little weaker against Control, but with《Veil of Summer》*3,《Chandra, Awakened Inferno》, and《Flame Blitz》, it's not a problem.

This is a list that uses《Reckless Impulse》, which I introduced in my last article. It's a list that runs smoothly because it has more《Explore》to increase stability even if the《Reckless Impulse》exiles your lands.

You can read more about《Reckless Impulse》from the following link.

The list looks like it will struggle against Control because of the lack of《Scapeshift》in the MB, but with《Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle》*4  in the MB, it can be packed in a long range game. Also, since MB has 《Summoner's Pact》*3, it is possible to cast《Primeval Titan》every turn after the 4th turn, so there are fewer gaps.

That's all.

WishValakut has a lot of flexibility, and the metagame changes a lot depending on the transition and your preferences, so find a list you like and try different things.

Bye.
